Sire: Dancing Lamb Jasper
Dam: Mornstar Daisy
Horns: Horned
Color/Pattern: White, carrying black grey and spotting (O1H)
Registration: ALDER RAM O1H 14E VALMUNDUR
Valmunder, as you can see, boasts an impressive set of horns! His fleece tends more towards tog rather than balanced between thel and tog, so we're using him selectively for his other traits. His fleece is long, curly, dense, and roos really well. He has a shorter body than some of our other rams, but his frame is squared and sturdy (particularly for an intense dairy ram). His dairy genetics are amazing! His sire is Dancing Lamb Jasper, who is from Dancing Lamb Dairy, and his dam is Mornstar Daisy, who has an udder not to be reckoned with! He's reserved and non aggressive. He has thrown awesome horns with great consistency and his lambs have been sturdy and grown well.

Registration: ALDER RAM B2H 1G LUTHER
Luther is a stunning ram, and has brought, and will continue to bring, amazing genetics to our flock. We originally bought Luther to bring in meatiness and the grey, but he has ended up playing a way bigger part in the development of our flock! He is long bodied, well muscled, and has huge amounts of fleece. He does have a more narrow hornset and courser fleece than is desirable. His lambs, surprisingly, have very wide hornsets and incredibly fine fleece. They grow really fast, are well muscled, and have great confirmation! Best of all, Luther has actually thrown some of the best first freshener udders in our flock! High and tight attachments, great shape and capacity, and awesome teat placement and shape! All in all, Luther is an amazing ram that has been a huge blessing for our flock in so many ways!

Tog is a handsome new addition to our flock, and we're excited for his first lambs in 2024! His fleece is dense, curly, and lustrous. His frame is very long and well muscled, he has great horn conformation, and his gentle personality completes the package.

Registration: PEACEFUL VALLEY RAM M5P 11H WILLIAM
William has a nice frame that's stocky, long, and squared. He's well muscled, and has a very nice topline. His fleece is thick with very fine thel, although he doesn't have much tog. His fleece is incredibly soft, and his thel is really long. As far as his temperament goes, we call him our little puppy dog: very gentle, very kind, and very subservient. He even generally avoids getting into butting spats with the other boys. We're hoping he'll bring those qualities to more of our flock. His dairy genetics are really nice! His dam has a really great udder with good rear attachments, good capacity, and incredible hand-milking teats! Dama also has one of the best milking temperaments we've experienced: She's first in line for the staunch and then wants to come back for seconds, and thirds, and fourths...! His sire threw really nice, well rounded udders with nicely placed and shaped teats and excellent attachments.

Smoky is one impressive ram! Smoky was the first homozygous grey on our farm, and has instilled in us a deep love for that color pattern! His fleece balance is probably his singular flaw: he has a lot of tog and not enough thel. The thel he does have is soft and lustrous, but it certainty isn't thick enough. His dairy genetics are really incredible on both sides! His dam's udder has high attachments and great shape. His sire has incredible dairy genetics, although we haven't seen any of his daughters udders yet. His horns are impressively wide and strong and have a really fun striping pattern. One thing that stood out to us specifically with Smoky was his frame. His back is one of the flattest in our fold, his legs are incredibly wide and squared, and he's just an incredible hunk when it comes to heavy muscling and deepness in his body!

Registration: PEACEFUL VALLEY RAM B4H 9J EDUARD
Eduard is the first Luther son we're adding to our breeding flock, and we're super exited to see his lambs! Eduard has absolutely incredible fleece that's thick, thick, thick and curly! His frame is stocky, muscled, and well balanced. His dairy genetics are amazing: his dam has a huge udder with lovely shape, capacity, teat structure, and attachments. She does have weaker front and rear attachments, so we bred her to Luther to correct that. His sire, as previously mentioned, throws absolutely amazing udders that are high and tight with great shape and awesome capacity! Breed those two together... and you get a stunning ram prospect with the best of both parents!

Clark is probably the best rooer in our entire flock. His fleece just pulled straight off in a matter of minutes, without much effort at all. His fleece is incredibly soft, lustrous, and curly, and has a good balance of thel and tog. His frame is muscled and stocky, with a nice topline and squared legs. He has impressive dairy genetics from both dam and sire. Dama has a looser udder than we'd like, but produces lots for a long time and is an enthusiastic milker. Her teats are a great size and shape for milking. His sire, Glacier, throws softly rounded udders with nice attachments and well placed teats. Clark also has quite the stunning temperament. He broke his leg due to an accident the winter of 2022, and demonstrated his ability to be gentle and friendly throughout the whole healing process. His leg healed up without incident, and he's still a lover head!

Oliver is an exciting young ram, and we're looking forward to his first lambs spring of 2024. He has a nice frame with straight legs and a flat back. His fleece is dense, soft, and very curly. He comes from stunning dairy lines, out of a cross that we specifically made to pull his dam's dairy genetics into our horned lines. Mallow (his dam) had an udder that never ended. Large, rounded, lots of capacity... but she lacked high attachments and well shaped teats. Luther throws both of those things with regularity. Put that together, and wow, quite the udder genetics! He was Mallow's last lamb before she passed away, and is looking like he will live up to her legacy.

Teddy is an accidental addition to our rams page. Don't get us wrong, he's a pretty stunning guy, but he didn't grow as well as we'd want in a ram. He matured small, but that's it. After a long day of wethering ram lambs, he was our last one and wasn't wethered effectively. We didn't figure that out until he'd already bred several ewes we hadn't planned on, so here we are lol! He is now fully wethered and available as a pet/fleece wether.
